1. Creators must ensure the originality of the submitted works. No plagiarism, infringements on the intellectual property rights of others or on the legal rights of any third parties. Otherwise the responsibility arising therefrom shall be borne by the participants themselves.
2. Unlimited in subject matter, but the work must not contain violence, pornography, racial discrimination or other related content.
